These Terms govern your use of www.agentsiw.com and every subdomain, preview domain, and staging environment operated by AIW Systems Europe B.V., trading as Agents In White. Using the site means you accept them.
1. The Site
The site exists to describe what AIW does and to receive private access requests. It is offered to professional parties — founders, operators, agencies, and companies — and not to consumers.
2. No Offer, No Guarantee Of Acceptance
Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Capability descriptions, systems, dossiers, timelines such as "first system live in under 14 days", and indicative budget ranges describe AIW's typical working pattern, not a commitment in your case. Submitting a private access request does not oblige AIW to respond, to accept, or to pursue the project. AIW selects engagements at its sole discretion and does not give reasons for declining.
3. No Client Relationship
Form submissions, email exchanges, calls, and preliminary conversations create no client, advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or contractual relationship. An engagement begins only when a written proposal, order, or statement of work is signed by both parties, at which point the General Terms of Engagement apply.
4. Information You Submit
You may submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not submit through the public form:
- confidential or trade-secret material belonging to you or a third party
- personal data of third parties beyond the contact details of the person making the request
- regulated data — health, financial account, biometric, or government identification data
- anything covered by an NDA you hold with another party
Sensitive material should follow only after a mutual NDA is executed. See NDA & Confidentiality. You warrant that what you submit is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights, and you accept responsibility for submissions made in breach of this clause.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site except under our Responsible Disclosure Policy
- circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls
- scrape, crawl, or harvest content or contact details by automated means, or use the site's content to train a machine learning model
- send automated, bulk, or fraudulent submissions through the form
- upload malware or use the site to distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- resell, frame, or mirror the site or present it as your own
AIW may block access, without notice, where use breaches this clause.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, structure, copy, design, layout, code, diagrams, system maps, brand marks, and the "Agents In White" and "AIW" names — belongs to AIW Systems Europe B.V. or its licensors. You may view the site and share ordinary links to it. You may not copy, adapt, republish, or commercially exploit any part of it without prior written permission. Ownership of project deliverables is governed separately by the IP & Licence Terms.
7. Project References
Projects described on this site are presented in anonymised or client-approved form. Named products remain the property of their respective owners. A description of past work is not a representation that comparable results are achievable in your context.
8. AI Content

9. Availability And Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIW's aggregate liability arising from your use of this site is limited to EUR 500. AIW is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, or for loss arising from reliance on site content. Nothing in this clause limits liability for intent, wilful recklessness, death, or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing Law And Forum
Dutch law governs these Terms. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the Rechtbank Den Haag, Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Severability
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the unenforceable provision is replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to its intent.
